I think The Clone Wars did a great job showing how politics and money affect soldiers and field operations while still appealing to younger viewers. But I think Rogue One is the limit they are willing to push for films. We will see how far they are willing to go with Andor series. I was more hopeful when the showrunner for The Americans was involved but he left.
